BUKTA MATBAR – A charming restaurant with a varied menu, boasting a fantastic, sunny location on the pier. Enjoy delicious seafood, small plates, or Italian-style pizza.

PENNY LANE BY VILLA – A cozy café serving excellent coffee, Danish-style open-faced sandwiches, and light bites. They also offer a wide selection of beautiful interior decor items for sale. There is a lovely outdoor seating area that gets plenty of sun and offers views over the water. Open during the day.

OSLOFJORDEN DIVING CENTER – The dive shop in Vollen offers a full range of equipment for snorkeling and water fun in the archipelago, as well as professional diving gear. They host diving courses for both children and adults. The facility includes an indoor dive tank, and there is easy access to excellent dive sites right on the doorstep.

VOLLEN MARINA GUEST HARBOR – The marina features a gas station and a kiosk. Here you will find a good selection of ice cream, boat equipment, and attractive clothing with a maritime flair. The guest harbor is open to visitors by boat.

Getting to Vollen is easy  by public transport —you can take a bus from Oslo or opt for the locals' favorite: the fast ferry from Aker Brygge (route B20 on weekdays during the school year, or routes B21/B22 during the summer months). It’s a place where you can truly unwind, with plenty of activities for both children and adults.
