In the bend just before you reach Holmsbu Square, lies the local gathering place, where world problems are solved and you can watch football matches. In the summer, the service is expanded with a large outdoor area. Juno likes to advertise "the best pizza in town" and its generous shrimp sandwiches.

The cafe is named after one of the steamships that operated the route from Oslo, via Holmsbu to Drammen. A long journey, and the most important route for guests to Holmsbu. In the summers, the boats were often called "dad boats" – many families spent the entire summer in Holmsbu while the fathers commuted to work in Oslo.

Juno was in operation for over 70 years before she was laid up in 1958, and later sank just outside what is now Holmsbu Resort.
