Welcome to a quiet nature experience in Østmarka, our wild and beautiful forest close to Oslo. Up a slope and into an untouched ravine where the world seems to move slowly.
Forest bathing is a public health practice, originally from Japan, that calms stress and mind-wandering and has several good effects on the body.
Forest bathing is a quiet hike that is more about being present than going to a place. We awaken the senses through invitations from the guide, and calm the nervous system – step by step, breath by breath.
The forest bathing experience is deliciously performance-free!
Duration: Around 3 hours
Access: Bus 550 from Oslo arrives in Gran at 11 am, and from the bus stop it is a 3-minute walk to the meeting point.
